It is easy to clean and maintain. Most stains can be wiped off with a damp cloth. The material is flexible and stretchy for comfort and mobility on the back. Faux leather is a more eco-friendly choice as it is made without animal materials, which is important if you want a more ethical fashion choice.
Always wash your dress inside out in a washing machine at 30 degrees Celsius. Use a minimum of detergent.
Don’t use detergent! With each wash, the detergent builds up between the fibres of the fabric, creating a thicker micro-layer on the fabric, which starts to trap dirt and odours and, over time, degrade the properties and appearance of modern fabrics. In addition, the detergent breaks down the elastane, causing fabrics containing elastane to lose their stretch and recovery. Modern leather-like materials can start to crumble and peel off in layers from the fabric when the detergent is used. Not using fabric softener will prolong the life of your clothes.
