Return of goods

It’s perfectly normal that not everything will always fit, and in this case you have the option to return the product you ordered from the JustMusta e-shop. Or you want to exchange the product for a different number or a new product. It’s all very easy for you to do and it’s all free.

How to return?

To return the goods, repack the goods in the same transport bag, fill in the return form that came with the goods and stick the bag shut.

You can return to Smartpost’s blue machines with the same code you used to receive the goods. Simply select return at the dispenser and enter the code.

To return to the Smartpost white machine, go to the Smartpost self-service at my.smartpost.ee and select Return and enter your parcel code (the number under the barcode). The system will give you a new code that you can use to return the goods to the machine of your choice within 24 hours.

To return to the Omniva ATM, use the return code that came in the message. Select return at the machine and enter the code.

To return to a DPD machine, please send an e-mail to justmust@justmust.ee and we will process the return ourselves. We’ll send you a return parcel card by e-mail, which you can stick on the parcel and take to the dispenser.

In order to return the goods, you must meet the following conditions, which guarantee your right of withdrawal. Please read them carefully.

Customer’s right of withdrawal.

After receipt of the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the e-contract within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.

In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the goods ordered may not be used in any other way than that necessary to ascertain the suitability of the characteristics or size of the goods.

If the goods have been used for any other purpose and show signs of use or wear, the Online Shop has the right to reduce the refundable fee according to the reduction in the value of the goods or to refuse to accept the goods and refund the cost of the goods.

In order to return the goods, you must submit a withdrawal request to the e-mail address justmust@justmust.ee within 14 days of receipt of the goods at the latest and include a completed return form with the goods.

The costs of returning the goods will be borne by the Online Shop.

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of the date of the application or provide proof that he has handed them over to the carrier within that period.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online shop will immediately, but not later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation, return to the buyer all payments received from the buyer under the contract.

The online shop may refuse to make a refund until it has received the goods covered by the contract or until the buyer has provided proof that he has returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest delivery method offered by the Online Shop, the Online Shop is not obliged to reimburse the consumer for the cost that exceeds the cost of the usual delivery method.

The online shop has the right to withdraw from the sale and to demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online shop is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to a mistake.
