How to return?
To return the goods, repack the goods in the same transport bag, fill in the return form that came with the goods and stick the bag shut. Filling in the return form as accurately as possible allows us to fulfil your requests more clearly and quickly.
You can return parcels to Smartpost’s blue parcel terminals with the same code with which you received the parcel, from any Smartpost blue parcel terminal anywhere in Estonia.
You can also return parcels to the blue parcel terminal from the white parcel terminal by making a return in the my.smartpost.ee self-service environment based on the parcel number (barcode).
If the parcel arrived at a Smartpost white parcel terminal or parcel point, the return can only be made in the my.smartpost.ee self-service environment based on the parcel number (barcode), you can choose to return the parcel from either a white or a blue parcel terminal. As a result of the formalisation, you will receive a door code to enter the returned goods into the desired parcel machine.
To return to an Omniva ATM, use the return code that came with the message. Select return at the machine and enter the code. Leave an address card with the returned parcel. Select ” Return parcel” on the screen of the parcel machine, enter the return code and place the parcel in the locker, the courier will add the return address card to the parcel when he comes to collect it.

After receipt of the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the e-contract within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.
In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the goods ordered may not be used in any other way than that necessary to ascertain the suitability of the characteristics or size of the goods.
If the goods have been used for any other purpose and show signs of use or wear, the Online Shop has the right to reduce the refundable fee according to the reduction in the value of the goods or to refuse to accept the goods and refund the cost of the goods.
In order to return the goods, you must fill in the return form and include it with the goods. Only on the basis of a correctly and clearly completed return form is it possible to make exchanges and refunds on time.
The costs of returning the goods will be borne by the Online Shop.
The purchaser must return the goods within 14 days of receipt of the goods (delivery of the goods to the parcel terminal chosen by the purchaser is also considered as receipt) or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
REFUND OF MONEY PAID FOR GOODS
The Online shop will refund the amount paid for the returned goods to the buyer immediately, but not later than 14 days after the return of the goods to the Online shop. Only the value of the goods to be returned is refundable. The Webshop is not obliged to reimburse any transport or other extra charges paid.
The online shop may refuse to make a refund until it has received the goods covered by the contract or until the buyer has provided proof that he has returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest delivery method offered by the Online Shop, the Online Shop is not obliged to reimburse the consumer for the cost that exceeds the cost of the usual delivery method.
The online shop has the right to withdraw from the sale and to demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online shop is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to a mistake.
