95% cotton, 5% elastane
The fabric’s composition ensures natural breathability and softness, making it ideal for warmer days and indoor comfort. Cotton also gives the fabric a natural, skin-friendly feel, which is important for long-term wear. The addition of elastane gives the fabric elasticity, allowing comfortable freedom of movement and ensuring that the dress keeps its shape throughout the day. Don’t use detergent! With each wash, the detergent builds up between the fibres of the fabric, creating a thicker micro-layer on the fabric, which starts to trap dirt and odours and, over time, degrade the properties and appearance of modern fabrics.
In addition, the detergent breaks down the elastane, causing fabrics containing elastane to lose their stretch and recovery.
Not using fabric softener prolongs the life of fabrics.
