The set can be returned as a whole. If you wish to keep part of the set, we will recalculate the refund amount: the price of the remaining product will be adjusted to its regular price when purchased individually, and the refund amount will be calculated based on that.
Latvia and Lithuania
To Latvia and Lithuania, you can place an order using either Smartpost parcel machine or courier service. Shipping is free on orders over €90.

Returning from Latvia
Returns are free for you if you make them within 14 days. You can return a parcel to any blue Smartpost parcel machine across Latvia using the same code you received your order with.
If your parcel was delivered to a blue parcel machine, it can also be returned via a white parcel machine by registering the return through the self-service portal at my.smartpost.lv using the shipment number (barcode).
If your parcel was delivered to a white Smartpost parcel machine or a parcel point or with courier, the return can only be registered via my.smartpost.lv, using the shipment number (barcode). You can then choose whether to return the parcel via a white or blue parcel machine. Once the return is submitted, you will receive a door code for inserting the parcel into your selected machine.
Returning from Lithuania
You can return a parcel to any blue Smartpost parcel machine across Lithuania using the same code you received your order with.

For returning go to posti.fi/en/private/parcels-and-tracking/return-a-parcel and register your return there, after what you will receive a Helposti code for the return. You can use the code to return the parcel to a Posti Parcel Locker of your choice or to a Posti outlet

You have the option to choose DHL courier service anywhere in the EU and Worldwide.
Delivery time
